Mrs. Louise Schroeder, 79, of Rt. 3, Oshkosh, died
today at 5:40 a.m. at her home, following a heart attack. She was married here
in January, 1900, to John Schroeder, who preceded her in death on Nov. 3, 1936.
Mrs. Schroeder was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Third Order of St.
Francis and Altar Society of the church.
Surviving are six daughters, Mrs.
Paul Neubauer, Mrs. Rueben Schipper, Miss Elizabeth Schroeder, Mrs. Clarence
Hartman, Mrs. Victor Berndt, Oshkosh, and Sister M. Theodean, Manitowoc; five
sons, John, Joseph. Tony, Michael J. Schroeder, Oshkosh, and Carl Schroeder,
Bridgeport, Conn.; two sisters, Mrs. Frank Heppler and Mrs. Walter Joyce,
Oshkosh; 23 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren. Preceding her in death
were three brothers, John, Edward and Alois Wolf, and three sisters, Mrs.
Caroline Schertz, Mrs. Anna Klima and Mrs. Barbara Selenka.
Services will be
held Tuesday at 9:30 a.m. at Poklasny Funeral Home and 10 a.m. at Sacred Heart
Catholic Church, with the Rev. David S. Bunklemann officiating. Burial will be
in Sacred Heart Cemetery.
