Thomas L. Emery, 80, of Linton, passed away at 6:21 a.m. Monday, March 14, 2005 at Glenburn Home. Born Nov. 11, 1924 in Lyons, he was the son of Clarence and Effie (Edington) Emery. He had been married to Louise Katherine (Rogers) Emery, who passed away Sept. 14, 1999. He was a laborer in manufacturing and a member of the Church of Christ. Survivors include a son Gerald Lee Emery of Indianapolis, and two sisters, Reba McKee and Norma Emery, both of Bradington, Fla. He was preceded in death by his parents, and his wife Louise Katherine. Funeral service will be conducted at Anderson-Poindexter Memory Chapel at 1 p.m. on Wednesday with the Bro. Jerry Carmichael officiating. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery, Linton.
