William "Bill" G. Snodgrass, 88, of Pensacola passed away January 2, 2014 at his home.
Mr. Snodgrass was a retired hospital administrator with Highland View Hospital in Cleveland, OH. He was a veteran of WWII, serving in the European Theater where he was decorated with a Bronze Star and Purple Heart. He was graduated from Washington and Jefferson College with a BA; from West Virginia University with an MA degree in Bacteriology and from the University of Pittsburgh with an MPH degree in hospital administration.
He was cherished by his family. Survivors include his wife of 56 years, Kathryn Snodgrass; daughter, Susan Aronow (Rick) of Dallas, TX; son, Will Snodgrass (Terry) of Rancho Mirage, CA; and a brother, Robert Snodgrass (Gail) of Loudon, TN.
His devotion, kindness, consideration, respect for everyone and high standards of personal integrity will long be remembered by all who knew him. In addition, his singular intelligence and wit will not be forgotten.
