Lance E. Anderson, 63, passed away Tuesday November 19, 2013 at the V.A. Medical Center in Indianapolis.

He was born in Brazil on August 17, 1950 to Richard and Frances Anderson.

Lance graduated from Gerstmeyer Technical High School and attended Indiana State University. He was a member of the Brazil First Baptist Church, and is the Owner of Advanced Trucking. Lance enjoyed spending time with his family, volunteering at church, riding horses, running heavy equipment, and running his trucking company.

He was preceded in death by his father, Richard Anderson, Brother Scott Anderson, and Nephew, Jory Anderson.

Surviving him is his Mother, four Sons, a daughter, two Sisters, six grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Saturday at the Moore Funeral Home in Brazil with Pastor Mark Thompson officiating and burial to follow at Bee Ridge Cemetery.

The family will accept friends from 11:00 A.M. Until the time of service.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the, First Baptist Church, House of Hope, or the Clay County Humane Society, donation envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
