The cemetery office records show her name to be Mary Ann Turney while her gravestone marker lists her name as Mary Ann Murphy.
At the time of her death several newspaper articles stated that she was Mary Ann Turney and she was married to Lonnie Andrew Turney. I couldn't find a marriage record for them. Murphy was her married name from her marriage to Edward Murphy. Either her children chose to put Murphy on her headstone or possibly she was just the common law wife of Lonnie Turney.
