Marjorie Pickett Parry, 76, passed away November 30, 1996.

Born March 26, 1920, Salt Lake City to Harlow W. Pickett and Stella Pickett. Married Vern A. Parry on April 9, 1941 in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. He passed away Dec. 14, 1963. Active member of the LDS Church serving in the Relief Society, Young Women and Primary.

Survived by sons, Craig (Sheila); Douglas; Bryan (Alyson); Jeffrey (Jann); 21 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren; brothers, Don H. Pickett; Harlow W. Pickett; sisters, Mrs. Bob (Virginia) Backman; Mrs. Dick (Marion) Pettey; Mrs. Lee (Gloria) Purrington; Mrs. Sheridon (Carol) Stringham.

Funeral services will be held, Thursday, December 5, 1996, 12 noon at the Crystal Heights 2nd LDS Ward Chapel, 1970 E. Stratford Avenue (2555 South). Friends may call at the Crystal Heights 2nd Ward Wednesday December 4, 1996 from 7-9 p.m. and the day of the service from 11 to 11:45 a.m. Cannon Mortuary Funeral Directors.
