Charles "Scott" Thompson passed away at the age of 43 on Wednesday, December 22, 2010, in San Antonio. He was born on April 2, 1967, in San Antonio to T.J. and Margaret Thompson.

Scott was known by his friends and family as an outdoorsman. He was an avid fisherman and hunter. He was never more alive than when he was on the water. Scott was an artist who enjoyed painting. He could often be found onstage playing drums or guitar at the family's saloon in Sisterdale.

Scott is survived by his loving wife Jennifer Thompson, his parents T.J. and Margaret Thompson, his brother Spence Thompson, his cousin Melanie Wheaton, his in-laws Cliff and Jean Rick, his sisters-in-law Cyndi Schmidt and Dena Cantu and her husband Rene, his niece Amber, his nephew Zach, and his faithful dog Woody. He also leaves behind a host of friends.

A Graveside Service will be held on Monday, December 27, 2010, at 2 PM at the Sisterdale Cemetery. To leave the family condolences, visit www.ebensberger-fisher.com and select the Obituaries tab.
