THE PARIS NEWS, Nov. 21, 2005: "Donald Lee Hutto, 65, of Paris died Saturday, Nov. 19, 2005, at Paris Regional Medical Center. Funeral services are set for 11 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 22, in the chapel of Fry-Gibbs Funeral Home with Dr. Randall Perry officiating. Burial follows in Evergreen Cemetery under the direction of Fry-Gibbs Funeral Home. He was born March 2, 1940, in Paris, to Rankin and Eva Parker Hutto. He graduated from Paris High School in 1958 and attended Paris Junior College, West Texas State College and East Texas State College. He married Peggy Jo Holcombe on Nov. 16, 1963, in Hugo, Okla. He served in the Army National Guard - 49th Division and retired from UARCO after 24 years. He was a member of First Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his parents; his mother-in-law, and father-in-law, Bill and Mattie Holcombe and two sisters-in-law, Anne Hutto and Patsy Allen. He is survived by his wife, Peggy Hutto of Paris; two sons, Philip Hutto of Paris and Paul Hutto and wife, Terri, of Providence Village; two granddaughters, Kinsey and Alissa Hutto; three brothers, Ben Hutto and wife, Pat, of Tyler, Bill Hutto and wife, Mary Jane, of Bryan and Tony Hutto of Paris; seven nieces, Toni Doel of Airdrie Canada, BC, Shannon Williamson of Tyler, Denise Moffitt of Paris, Deanna England of Midlothian, Shirley Wilson of Bryan, Carol Allen and Amanda Johnson, both of Dallas; two nephews, Scott Hutto of Cypress and Bradley Hutto. Serving as pallbearers will be Jerry Richey, Bob LaRue, Michael Moffitt, Mike Crews, Bill Bell, Robert Skidmore, Scott Hutto and Doug Draper. If desired, memorials may be made to the First Baptist Church of Paris."
