Toni was born to Carl Daniels and Opal Daniels. She married the love of her life, her soulmate Ernest Jackson Jr., in 1982.
She enjoyed collecting pictures, cooking, reading and writing. Most of all she loved to spend time with her family and friends.
Toni leaves her father, Carl (Rosemary) Daniels and mother, Opal Daniels; her loving and devoted husband, Ernest Jackson Jr.; one son, Ernest (Samantha) Jackson; one daughter, Tiffany Jackson; two brothers, Chris (Carolyn) Daniels and Tod (Fabian) Daniels; two sisters, Deborah Daniels and Kelly Daniels, all of Peoria, Ill.; along with a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends.
She was preceded in death by her infant son, Lawrence Daniels.
Interment will be in Lutheran Cemetery.
