Fred Abel passed away Thursday morning, Dec. 27, at Mt. Sinai Hospital, after an illness of several months. The deceased, who was forty-six yeais old, is survived by his wife; two sons, Armand and Richard; two brothers, Albert and Jack, and one sister, Miss Sadie Abel. He was born in Cleveland and was a graduate of Central High School. The funeral will be held at Mayfield Cemetery, Sundav, Dec. 30, at 2:30 p. m. Rabbi A. H. Silver will officiate. Mr. Abel was a member of the Masons, a director of the Federation of Jewish Charities, a trustee of the Temple, vice president of the National Hay Association and a member of the City and Excelsior.
