Atchley, Cecilia Fox - (Mrs. Philip E.) age 70, passed away quietly on Tuesday, January 16, 1996, at Ft. Sanders Regional Medical Center. She is terribly missed by her devoted and loving husband of 44 years, Philip E. Atchley; six adoring children and their spouses. Known as the "Worlds Best Grandmommy" by all her grandchildren. She was, and is a bouquet of roses to everyone that knew her. Memorial service 2 p.m. Friday at Meulah Methodist Church with the Rev. Doug Wilder officiating. Flowers or memorials may be sent to Beulah Methodist Church, 907 Kimberlin Heights Road, Knoxville, TN 37920. The family will receive friends from 1-2 p.m. Friday prior to the service at Beulah Methodist Church, 907 Kimberlin Heights Road. Arrangements by McCarty's Evergreen Chapel, 7426 Ashville Hwy.
