The South Kingstown Historical Cemetery book by John Sterling lists that Rhoda is the wife of Charles Noyes. Verify if this info is correct.
There are three possibilities.
1) Rhoda Ann and Charles are brother and sister, and Rhoda Ann is the 2nd Rhoda Noyes.
2) Rhoda Ann, daughter of Joseph and Elizabeth Noyes, married a cousin Charles Noyes.
3) Charles, son of Joseph and Elizabeth, married a Rhoda Ann, and she is being confused with Charles' infant sister Rhoda.
