Miss Brandi Thompson, age 16, Lyons, Route 5, died Monday afternoon, June 15, 1992 of injuries received in an auto accident near her home.

Miss Thompson was a junior student at Robert Toombs Christian Academy in Lyons and attended the South Thompson Baptist Church. She was a lifelong resident of Toombs County.

Brandi is survived by her parents, Richard and Jean Thompson, Lyons; three brothers, Richard A. Thompson and James D. Thompson, Lyons and Kenneth R. Thompson, Vidalia; maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. L.A. Dixon; and several aunts, uncles, cousins and other relatives.

Funeral services for Miss Brandi Thompson were held Wednesday, June 17, 1992 at 3:00 from the South Thompson Baptist Church with the Rev. Ronald Cobb officiating. Interment was in Pinecrest Cemetery.

Pallbearers were Lesley Dixon, Wesley Miller, Steve Brinson, Jeff Stringer, Mike Dixon, and Richard Brantley. Ronnie L. Stewart Funeral Service of Vidalia was in charge of funeral arrangements.
