Mrs. H.F. Kuehn, 83, long a Janesville resident, died at 9:15 a.m. Friday in her home, 208 Locust St. An invalid for the past five years she had been critically ill since May 30.
The former Minnie A. Olin, daughter of Marcellus and Eliza Welrick Olin, was born in Shopiere Nov. 28, 1872. She spent her adult life in Janesville. As a small child she moved with her family to Spink County, Dakota Territory, the third family to locate there. She was educated in Janesville schools and Rockford Seminary.
Miss Olin and Herman F. Kuehn were married in Janesville Dec. 26, 1897. They celebrated their 58th wedding anniversary last Christmas.
