Dorothy was born the 6th child of 8 to Lester and Celestia (Widmeyer) Bengel in Greeley Nebraska.She moved to Washington state as a young adault and married Victor Safer. They had 1son and 1 daughter. She remarried Ralph Eaton and they had 3 sons. She worked in the food service industry, and careing for her family until she retired to country in Gig Harbor. She is survived by her children, Timothy,Victoria, Alden, Carey and Donald and several grandchildren.
