Christine "Sally" Dawson DeLee went to be with The Lord and Jesus and her beloved husband of 51 years, Elvis A. DeLee, Sr., on Saturday, January 18, 2014. She was 83 years old and was a resident of Clinton.
She loved playing bingo, cards with family, and loved to fish, and the best cook ever. She loved her children and they were her life.
Visiting will be at Clear Creek United Methodist Church, Clinton, service conducted by Rev. Ken Bowman. Burial will be in Clear Creek United Methodist Church Cemetery.
She is survived by her children, Cynthia D. Metz and husband, Frank, St. Francisville; Crystal D. DeLee, Angola; Christine D. Thompson and husband, Chip, Clinton; Arnold DeLee and wife Cara, Clinton; John DeLee and wife, Angie, Slidell.
2 sisters, Jackie Tomb, Wilson and Rosemary Seymour, Pascagoula, MS.
2 brothers, Teddy Dawson, Baker and John "Son" Dawson, Jr., Little Rock, AR.
