He was born 25 November 1940 in New Concord, Ohio the son of the late William Black and Gaye N. (Barnett) Black. Surviving is his wife of 51 years, Mary Ann (Bellaw) Black. They were united in marriage 24 November 1962.
Also surviving are son and wife of Bainbridge, three daughters, seven grandchildren and a great grandson.
His parents, brother Glenn Black and sister, Frances Zickefoose preceded Frank in death.
Frank attended Bonds Chapel CCCU and was a Roll Off truck driver for 38 Years. The last 24 years were with RLS Recycling, Chillicothe, Ohio.
Funeral services will be held 1:00 p.m. Wednesday 22 January 2014 BOYER FUNERAL HOME in Waverly with Brother Charles Tackett, Officiating. Burial will follow in Pennisten Cemetery, Waverly.
Friends may call at the Boyer Funeral Home, Waverly, 4 – 8 p.m. Tuesday and from 11:00 a.m. until the service hour on Wednesday.
