Herbie Andrew Snider, 59, of Paden City, died Monday, August 23, 1965, at his home. He was born at Sandusky, W. Va., Oct. 2, 1905, a son of Steve and Ollie Mercer Snider. He was a member of St. Anne's Episcopal Church. He was formerly employed by Paden City Glass Co., Paden City Pottery, and Viking Glass Co. Surviving are his wife, Myrtle Farmer Snider; two sons, Les and Guy of Paden City; two sisters, Mrs. Bernice Headley and Mrs. Bessie Bevlin, of Paden City; two brothers, Lawrence of Paden City, and Lloyd, of Powhatan Point, O.; and four grandchildren. Friends were received at the Mowery Funeral Home, Paden City, where services were held Thursday at 2 p.m. with Rev. T. Roger McGuire officiating. Burial was in Northview Cemetery.
