Franklin I. Geib, 72, formerly of Palmyra, died Tuesday, November 8, 2005, in the Lebanon Valley Brethren Home, Palmyra. Born September 14, 1933, in Palmyra, he was the son of the late Christian and Ada (Fasnacht) Geib. He was a member of United Zion Church, Palmyra, a Korean War Army veteran, and a member of the Jonestown American Legion and the Friendship Fire Company, Lebanon. He is survived by his wife Ida M. (Smith) Geib; sons William Geib and Robert Geib; daughter Kathy Fazenbaker; brothers Robert Geib, Richard Geib, and Herbert Geib; sisters Mary Miller, Violet Zimmerman, Ethel Kline, Blanche Yeingst, and June Kettering; four grandchildren and one greatgranddaughter. He was preceded in death by his brothers David Geib, Ray Geib, and William Geib; and sisters Mabel Nauman and Myrtle Yohn. Funeral Saturday, November 12, at Buse Funeral Home, Palmyra.
