RACHEL E. HENDRICKS - Will - Probated September Term 1883 Minute Book "C" Page 676I, RACHEL E. HENDRICKS of the County Crockett and State ofTennessee being of sound mind and knowing the certainly of death and uncertainly of life this the 14th of October in the year of our Lord Eighteen hundred and Seventy Three proceed to make this my last will and testament as follows. I will to J. D. G. SANDERS son of AARON SANDERS fifty acres on the west side of the tract of land that I now live of being the land that WILLIAM HENDRICKS owned at his death as one good horse bridle and saddle and one hundred and fifty dollars in money at the time he becomes 21 years of age the remainder of said tract of I will to W. C. F. and J. R. B. SANDERS as sons of AARON SANDERS to belong to them at the time the youngest boy becomes of age I also will at my death to R. M. Y. SANDERS also daughter of AARON SANDERS money in amount to make her equal with the two boys W. C. F. and J. R. B. SANDER. I at will at my death two hundred dollars to be equally divided between J. B. HAYS five daughters should any remaining after the above items are satisfied I will to AARON SANDERS and his wife. I reserve and retain one half acre of land containing my husband W. HENDRICKS grave. I hereby constitute this my last will and Testament this day and date above written as witness my hand and seal in presence of us her witnesses RACHEL E. (X) HENDRICKS (X - her mark) Witnesses: C. M.
