Thos. M. Stedman, Traveler, Dies of Heart Failure While in Bed
Thomas M. Stedman, traveler for the International Harvester Company of Canada, and a resident of Calgary since 1902, was found dead in bed in the Beiseker hotel on Tuesday morning. Heart failure is thought to have been the cause of death.
Mr. Stedman came to Calgary from Ontario in 1902, and during his long sojourn in the city had made a wide circle of friends. For the past 12 years he had been with the International Harvester company.
He was predeceased by his wife in 1911, and is survived by two sons, Cecil and Richard. Deceased resided at 227 Twenty-fifth avenue west. He was a prominent Mason.
