Donna Carroll Farnsworth, 66, died March 18, 1994 at her home.

Born Sept. 25, 1927 in Salt Lake City, Utah to Mayo L. and Thelma Smith Carroll. Married Theron T. Farnsworth Aug. 18, 1948 in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. She was an active member of the LDS Church, serving in many capacities. Active in Square Dance; member of the Good Sam Club, and she loved to travel. She was employed at Cottonwood Hospital. Donna was a wonderful wife, mother and grandmother.

Survived by husband, Theron; daughters, Mrs. Eugene McWherter (Carol), Mrs. Brian Smith (Marsha); Mrs. Brad Ball (Nancy); Mrs. Kerry Smith (Sharon); Mrs. Bret Harris (Connie); 18 grandchildren; brothers, Eugene, Keith, and Glenn Carrol.

Funeral services Monday, March 21,11 a.m. Mt. Jordan 3rd LDS Ward Chape, 8950 So. 400 E. Friends may call at Goff Mortuary, 8090 So. State, Sunday 6-8 p.m. and at the ward Monday, 9:30-10.45 a.m. Interment, Larkin Sunset Gardens.
