Elsie May Kirby Wilson Miller
1899–1975

When Elsie May Kirby was born on January 27, 1899, in Lonaconing, Maryland, her father, John Randolph Kirby (1863-1907), was 35, and her mother, Hannah Susan Arbogast (1863-1937), was 35.

She married Beryl David Wilson (1898-1957) and had one son with him, Harry Kirby Wilson (1920-1952).

She died on January 8, 1975, in Memorial Hospital, Cumberland, Maryland, at the age of 75, and was buried in Rose Hill Cemetery, Cumberland, Allegany County, Maryland.

MRS. LEROY MILLER
Mrs. Elsie May Miller, 75, of 29 Browning Street, died yesterday in Memorial Hospital. She had been in ill health several years.

Born in Lonaconing, she was a daughter of the late Randolph and Hannah (Arbogast) Kirby and was the widow of Leroy Miller. Mrs. Miller was a retired employe of Memorial Hospital with 15 years of service. She was a member of the Royal Neighbors.

Surviving are a brother, William Kirby, city, and a sister, Mrs. Mary Carter, Wheeling.

The body is at the Scarpelli Funeral Home where friends will be received today from 7 to 9 p.m. and tomorrow from 2 to 4 p.m.
