Lillian Frances Albright Brown of Tyrone passed away on December 12, 2006 at the age of 90. Mrs. Brown was a member of Hopewell United Methodist Church in Tyrone. She was preceded in death by her husband, Richard Joseph Brown; brother Wilburn Carl Albright and sister Mary A. Moseley. Mrs. Brown is survived by her son; William Luther Brown and his wife Brenda of Tyrone; brothers, James F. Albright of Carrollton, Lynn C. Albright and his wife Audrey of Carrollton; sister-in-law, Mrs. Carl Albright of Bowden Junction; grandchildren, Leigh Brown Berry of Charlotte, NC, Jeffrey Albright Brown and his wife Lisa of Columbus, GA, Mollie Brown Leigh and her husband Jamison of Charleston, SC; seven great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews. Funeral Services for Lillian Brown will be held at 2:00 PM on Saturday, December 16th in the Mt. Zion United Methodist Church in Mt. Zion, GA (Carroll County.) Mrs. Brown will lie in state one hour prior to the service. Interment will follow in the Mt. Zion United Methodist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends and family between the hours of 6:00 and 8:00 PM on Friday, December 15th in the Carmichael-Hemperley Funeral Home in Peachtree City. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Hopewell United Methodist Church 351 Jenkins Road Tyrone, GA 30290, or to the charity of your choice.
