Mrs. George K. Leeson, 64 years of age, a resident of Calgary for the past 36 years, died at her home at 4 o'clock on Thursday morning. Mrs. Leeson was seized with throat trouble about a month ago, and complications sat in, which ultimately caused her death. Accompanied by her husband, who died 10 years ago, she came to Calgary in 1884, and has been a a resident here ever since. She is survived by two daughters, Mrs. M. Buchanan, Calgary, and Mrs. R. T. D. Atkin, of Montreal, and one son, J. S. Leeson, of this city. The funeral services will be held from the family residence, 204 Sixth avenue west, on Sunday afternoon at 2 o'clock. Dr. J. Macartney Wilson, D.D., of Knox church, will conduct the services.
