Mrs. Hamill was born in New York City, May 24, 1886, a daughter of Herman E. and Elizabeth Keely Naething. She married Harry J. Babcock. He preceded her in death in 1927. She subsequently married Charles Hamell in 1937. He preceded her in death in 1939.
