Deceased Name: BOOTY, FAYE CUTRER

A resident of Kentwood, she died at 3:10 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 3, 2000, at her home. She was 91 and a native of Spring Creek. Visitation was at McKneely Funeral Home, Kentwood, from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. Wednesday and after 8 a.m. Thursday. Religious services were at the funeral home at 11 a.m. Thursday. Interment in Woodland Cemetery, Kentwood. Survived by two daughters and sons-in-law, Doris B. and Clarence "Tut" Young and Betty B. and Bobby R. Simpson, all of Kentwood; four sons and daughters-in-law, Verlin and Mary Booty, Satsuma, Alton and Dolly Booty, San Antonio, Dennis and Juanita Booty, Walker, and Lindsey and Jo Ann Booty, Kentwood; 11 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren; and many stepgrandchildren and stepgreat-grandchildren. Preceded in death by her husband, Homer J. Booty; a sister, Maudie C. Booty; a brother, Herman Cutrer; a grandson, Ricky D. Booty; and parents, Guy and America Pierce Cutrer. She was a member of Kentwood Church of God, now New Covenant Church of God, for 75 years, and attended Kentwood First Baptist Church with her family.
