Son of Frederick Charles Ilsley Fuller and Edith Helen Christian. Ray was a Fitter & Turner by Trade. Married in 1946 to Bonnie (Esme) Rogers. Bonnie & Ray had eight children.
Ray served with the 2/2nd Machine Gun Battalion during the 2nd World War, he sailed on the Aquitania in December of 1940 to the Suez Canal & disembarked at Ishmalia on Jan 30 1941.
