The Late Roy Shantz -
Friends in Kitchener, Waterloo and district attended the funeral of the late Roy Shantz at Kitchener on Thursday afternoon. Service was conducted by Rev. Mr. Logan of Trinity United Church at Schreiter's Funeral Home. The Masonic Lodge Brethren of which deceased was a member also assisted in the service Representatives of various organisations of which deceased was a member attended. Interment was made in Woodland Mausoleum.

The honorary pall bearers were: Hon. W. D. Euler, Judge Clement, Mayor H. W. Sturm A R. Kaufman and H. J. Sims, all of Kitchener and J. Finley of Toronto, president and manager of the United Paper Mills, Ltd., and J. Palmor, president and manager of the Toronto Type Foundry.

The active pall bearers were Edward Wismer, Edward Wackett, Fred McKellar, William Outpell, Oscar Thompson and Arthur H. Lowe.

A divine selection was sung by a masonic trio, "Remember Now Thy Creator." Originally this was a maconic quartet, the late Mr. Shantz being a member. The remaining members are G. McPhail, Ralph Connor and W. A. Jones.
