Brewer, Georgia L., age 95, of Middletown, where she lived all her life was called home to be with the Lord Sunday, December 22, 2013. Her faith and trust in God never wavered. Georgia was born September 6, 1918 in Middletown to dad, William and mom, Lucille Litsokos. She and her husband Eddie were blessed to live together 60 years till his death in 1998. She enjoyed playing golf, gardening, traveling to Europe and many states. She was an avid reader, her great passion. She was a devoted member of the First Baptist Church of Middletown for 50 years. She was a member of the Salvation Army Auxiliary, Jolly 60's, Middletown Area Senior Citizens, AARP Chapter 1704, and Lillian Holman Class of First Baptist. She volunteered at Senior Center at Bingo Games. She was preceded in death by her husband, Eddie, mother and father, infant son, Eddy; brothers, Charles, John, Paul; sisters, Mercina, Mary Wyholl, Christine Barnhart-Sexton, Thelma Valerio. Georgia is survived by many nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held Thursday, December 26, 2013 from 1:00-2:00 pm at Baker-Stevens-Parramore Funeral Home. A Celebration of Life Service will follow at 2:00 pm at the funeral home with Rev. Kenneth Fey officiating. Interment will be at Woodside Cemetery.
