Leonard Picariello, At 88, golf course groundskeeper
A FUNERAL Mass for Leonard Picariello, 88. of Needham. a groundskeeper at Leo J. Martin Golf Course of Weston, will be said today at 10 am, in Mary Immaculate Lourdes Church of Newton. He died Sunday at Glover Memorial Hospital after, a short illness. Born in Italy, he lived in Needham for 65 years. A World War I Army veteran, he was a member of the American Legion Post 14 or Needham. He leaves his wife of 66 years. Amelia (Ragosta); four daughters, Bess Sette of Warwick, RI., Eda Angel of Millis, Loretta Nigro and Gloria Pineo, both of Needham; two Sons. Pasquale of Wellesley and Louis of Needham. He also leaves two brothers, Louie of Framingham and Joseph of Newton Upper Falls; 27 grandchildren and 27 great grandchildren.
