William ''Lebus'' Garnett , 93, of Owenton, died Monday at New Horizon Medical Center, Owenton. He was a farmer and a member of Pleasant Ridge Baptist Church. His wife, Anna Durham Garnett, and a daughter, Geraldine McDonald, both preceded him in death.
Survivors include sons, Harry C. Garnett of Corinth and ''Spider'' Garnett of Owenton; daughters, JoAnn Darwin, Rita Lewis and Betty Sue French, all of Warsaw and Nancy Vannarsdall; a sister, Eloise Rose of Owenton; 21 grandchildren, 38 great-grandchildren and 11 great-great-grandchildren.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at McDonald Funeral Home, Main Street, Owenton. Visitation will be from 4 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Owenton Cemetery. Memorials are suggested to Pleasant Ridge Baptist Church, Sweet Owen Road, Owenton, Ky. 40359.
