Lector Mae Piper, 89, died Sunday, Dec. 15, 2013 at Rex Hospital in Raleigh.
She was born in Wake County to the late Arthur Bailey and Lector Smith Bailey. She retired after 46 years with Sterling Mills in Franklinton.
In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by three siblings: Ola Ree Williams, Essie King and Macon Bailey; and one grandchild.
