She was born in Creston, the daughter of the late Floyd and Julia Campbell Smith. She worked for Stone & Thomas and was a Methodist.
Surviving are two sons, H. David Bingman III of Louisville and Stephen Michael Bingman of Vincent, Ohio; three grand-children; and two brothers, Grey and Warren Campbell, both of Belpre, Ohio.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Harry David Bingman, Jr.; one brother, Floyd Smith; and six sisters, Helen McPeek, Dollie Culp, Pauline DePue, Auldine Knight, Justine Martin and Wanda Rowen.
Services were held at Leavitt Funeral Home, Parkersburg, with Rev. L. Norman Butler officiating. Burial was in Mt. Olivet Cemetery.
