LORAIN - Janice Elaine Riley, 52, of Lorain, passed away Tuesday, December 10, 2013 at her home.

Janice, known to many as Elaine, was born on June 17, 1961 in Lorain, Ohio and was a graduate of Admiral King High School.

She worked as a phlebotomist for Life Share before retiring.

Elaine enjoyed attending various churches, reading and studying her bible, watching movies with her sons, and playing games with her family members.

Elaine is survived by her two sons, Jaynethan and Tyron Riley of Lorain; a grandson, Cameron Riley of Lorain; her parents, Ulysess and Ella Riley of Lorain; sisters, Rosa Hall (Fredrick) of Detroit MI and Marilyn Riley of Lorain; brothers, Robert Riley of Detroit MI, General Brown and Alexander Henderson, both of Lorain; aunts, Flora Anthony of Chicago IL and Rosie Pope of Lorain; and a host of other beloved family members.

She was preceded in death by two sisters, Gloria Ann Riley and Elizabeth Riley-Mays.

Visitation will be held Saturday, December 21, 2013 from 10:00 a.m. until time of service at 11:00 a.m. at New Bethel Primitive Baptist Church, 3880 Dayton Ave., Lorain OH 44052.

Pastor Tyrone Holley will officiate. Interment will follow in Elmwood Cemetery, Lorain.

Professional services entrusted to Brown-Robinson Funeral Home, 2652 Broadway Ave., Lorain OH 44052.
