The funeral service for Josiah T. Crittenden, held in the Congregational church yesterday afternoon, was well attended. The congregation was remarkable for the large number of old men in it. Part of the G.A.R. ritual for the burial of the dead was read by Commander Kneale; the Rev Noetling made a short prayer and pronounced the benediction, taps were sounded.
