May 1934 - Passage. SPANISH FORK. Kay Johnson, 2-week-old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John K. Johnson, died at the home of her parents at 155 East First South street Thursday. She is survived by her parents, a brother and three sisters, Dean, Mary, Jane and Lois Johnson, and her grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. John C. Johnson, all of Spanish Fork, and Mr. and Mrs. J. W. Donaldson, Springville.
