She is survived by her husband of 52 years, Bob Burkett; sons and daughters-in-law, Hugh and Melody Burkett; Ronald and Sharon Burkett; daughters and sons-in-law, Angelia and Blane Spence; Julie and Mark Osborn, 10 grandchildren, Chad, Katie, Ronnie, Jessica, Daniel, Kimberly, Mandy, Laura, Michelle and Mathew. Betty was a native of Coffee County and is also survived by brothers, Fernell Harkleroad, Stanley Harkleroad, sisters, JoAnn Burkett; Louise Deen. Betty was a member of Sunrise Baptist Church in Lawrenceville, GA. Interment will be at Gwinnett Memorial Park.
