The following info was obtained and reworded from Iona's obituary in THE PROGRESS, Clearfield, Curwensville, Philipsburg, Moshannon Valley, Pa., Monday, January 27, 1976
Iona B. Webster was born in Bell Township, Clearfield County, Pennsylvania on April 18, 1888, a daughter of Henry and Lettie (Breth) Baker. She married W. C. [Claude W.] Webster. She lived in Mahaffey at R. D. 1, and died at the age of 87, at the Clearfield Hospital on Saturday, January 24, 1976. She was survived by one son, four grandchildren and one great-grandchild. She was preceded in death by her husband, five sisters, two brothers and her parents. Her funeral was held on January 27, 1976 at the T. G. McCracken Funeral Home in Mahaffey and was officiated by Rev. Howard Lindsey. Burial was at the I. O. O. P. Cemetery in Burnside.
