McKENZIE - Loren Lee Adcox Jr., 70, retired superintendent of a construction company in Chicago, died Sunday of cancer at Jackson-Madison County General Hospital. Services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at Brummitt Funeral Home, followed by Masonic services, with burial in Mt. Olivet Cemetery here. He was a Master Mason in Huntingdon and worked for 13 years in the engineering department at St. Joseph Medical Center in Joliet, Ill. Mr. Adcox, the husband of Hortense Stroup Adcox, also leaves two sons, Barton Lee Adcox and Robert Earl Adcox, both of McKenzie.
