She was born February 7, 1950 in the Northern Neck, the daughter of the late William and Elsie Mae Self Vanlandingham. She moved to Elkton 12 years ago and was an employee at Banta Books. She was a member of the Furnace United Methodist Church in Elkton.
She is survived by her husband, George Robert Wyatt, Jr., and two sons, Christopher Norman Balderson and Clifford William Balderson, both of Harrisonburg; a daughter Jeaninne Ann Turner and her husband Jeff Turner of Harrisonburg; one grandson; and a special aunt and uncle, Leslie and Lillian Kines of Farnham.
Funeral services were held February 7, 2003 at Furnace United Methodist Church. Interment followed at Mt. Olivet Cemetery in McGaheysville, Va. The Rev. Michael Plasters officiated.
