A Tribute of Respect--To the Memory of Meriam E. Cain.

Late pomona of Florida Grange, No. 32, Patrons of Husbandry of Nodaway Co. MO.--Whereas, It has please the Great Master of the Universe to remove from our midst our worthy Sister, Meriam E. Cain, who departed this life March 20th, 1874, therefore;
Resolved, That this Grange has lost a worthy and esteemed Sister, her father a kind and devoted daughter, her brothers an affectionate sister, and society an honored and respected member.
Resolved, That we deeply sympathize witht the bereaved family in their deep affliction, and that we tender them our heartfelt sympathy and commend them to the Divine Author of all consolation.
Resolved, That the regalia of our departed Sister draped in mourning and placed at her station in the Grange, and that the members wear the usual badge of mourning thirty days.
Resolved, That this preamble and resolutions be recorded by the secretary, a copy published in the county papaers and a copy be furnished to the family of which the deceased was a member.
