N. Kenneth Heimer, 68, Labelle, Missouri, died February 112, 2007, at Northeast Regional Medical Center, Kirksville, Mo.
Born March 22, 1938, a son of Charles w. and Beulah E. (Kayler) Heimer. He married Jane Anne Gudehus. He later married Syddny Ann Skirvin.
He attended grade school at Bethel, Mo., and was a graduate of Baring High School. He served in the U.S. Army From 1956 to 1963.
He was employed by Hustead Trucking, Cardwell Lumber Company and J.T. Doss Trucking.
He was a member of the First Christian Church of LaBelle.
Surviving are his wife Syddny, two sons, Kenneth Andrew (Andy) Heimer and wife, Kara, Gibbs, Mo.; Christopher Dayton Heimer, LaBelle; a daughter, Angela Irene Frazier and husband, Paul, Brashear, Mo.
Also surviving are a sister, Mabel Small, Polk City, Fla.; two half-sisters, Minnie Blaine and Norma Morgan and husband, Joe,; two half-brothers, Richard Heimer and wife, Melody, and Charles Heimer; two sisters-in-law, Frieda Barnett and husband, Marvin, Centrailia, Mo.; Zela Edwards, Quincy, Ill.
Also surviving are four grandchildren, Jordon Tyler Heimer, Rachel Elaine Heimer, Alexander Christian Frazier, Willow Towery Frazier.
He was preceded in death by his parents, sisters, Ellen Whitman, Eve Heimer, Susie Pickens, Erma Robertson; two brothers, Bill Heimer and Pete Heimer; a grandson, Andrew Michael Heimer.
Funeral services were held on February 19, 2007, with Bill Nigus officiating. Military honors by LaBelle American Legion Post #222.
Pallbearers were; Melvin Heins, Travis Fleer, Donald Dawson, Cole Turpin, Neil Lay, Kevin Parrish. Honorary bearers were: Tommy Heimer, Jimmy Robertson, Cleo Robertson and Michael Heimer.
Burial was in LaBelle Cemetery, LaBelle, Mo.
