She was born in Jones School House community near Crockett to the late Zacky D. Driskill and Evie Johnson Driskill. She was a housewife and member of Crockett Road Church of Christ.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 45 years, Carl F. Hardtner Jr. in June 1989.
Survivors include daughters, Carol Ellis of Elkhart, Linda Goodnight, Pineville, La. and Carla Parks, Tyler; brother, W.E, Driskill; sisters, Mattie McLeod and Marga Reeves; six grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
