Elizabeth H. McCann, 92, of Peoria died Sunday, Nov. 24, 2013, at UnityPoint Health-Methodist.
She was born Jan. 15, 1921, in Peoria to Carl and Elizabeth Kiebach Stamerjohn. She married Donald C. McCann on May 8, 1943, in Royal Oak, Mich. He died May 28, 1977, in Sun City, Ariz.
She was also preceded in death by her parents and two brothers, Robert and Glen.
Elizabeth is survived by her two sons, Denis (Dixie) McCann of Cape Coral, Fla., and Bryan McCann of Chillicothe; and brother, Fred (Marilyn) Stamerjohn of East Peoria.
She worked as a receptionist in the medical profession for many years.
Cremation rites have been accorded. Interment of ashes will take place in Brunswick Cemetery in Trivoli at a later date.
