Charles A. St. John died today at Bergen at the age of 83 years. He was born at Geneva N.Y., a son of William W. and Sarah St. John. In early life he moved to Lima where he was much interested in agriculture and was one of the first to develop the muck land at South Lima. In 1874 he married Ellen Lotee of North Bloomfield. In 1898 he moved to Bergen and had since resided there except for a few years at Batavia, where Mrs. St. John died in 1924. Mr. St. John is survived by two sons, J. Eugene of Batavia, and B. Roy of Bergen; and a sister, Mrs. M. M. Ashley of Livonia. interment in Mt. Rest Cemetery, Bergen
