Are you familiar with the patronymic naming used in Norway at the time? Amund Jorgensen Gilbaarne's children will all be named forename+ Amundsen for males or + Amunsdottirfor females. In the 1900 Norway census at the property Gilbaarne in Voss, Norway are:
Amund Gilbaarne b. 1837
Ingerid Olsdatter b.1845
Lars Amundsen b. 1886
Ivar Amundsen b.1890
(Nels already left home)

Nels birth was registered as Nels (or Nils) son of Amund Jorgensen Gilbaarene and Ingerid Olsdatter. His siblings can be found on the same site.
There is more information on the family in the book Under Eight Flags published by Milk River Historical Society. This used to be available online, but now seems to have disappeared.
Do you realise that Daniel Gilborn b.1913 is not a son of Nels? Agnes married for a second time in 1913 to Harry Campion. And with him had Daniel, and his sister Loretta.
In 1921 they are in the Canadian census - Alberta 1921: Bow Island, Lethbridge, Alberta where Daniel and Loretta are shown with the surname Campion. According to 'Under 8 Flags' the marriage to Harry C. was in 1913, to Nels in 1922.
