Charlene was born in Binghamton, NY on October 7, 1941, a daughter of the late Charles and Adeltha (Ellis) Pratt. She married her husband, Raymond L. Fox, in 1962, and together the two of them worked side-by-side on the family farm until their retirement. In her spare time, Charlene was an avid bingo player and enjoyed crocheting.
She is survived by her husband, Raymond L. Fox, of Cincinnatus; and her children, Lisa Ford of Georgia, Tammy Fox of Little York, and Jeffrey Fox of Cincinnatus. She also leaves behind her grandchildren, Ashley Wilkins, Vicky Ford, and Sarah Fox; a brother, William Pratt, of Triangle; a sister, Diane Foster, of Virginia; two great-grandchildren; several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In keeping with her wishes, there will be no calling hours or funeral service. Expressions of sympathy in memory of Charlene may be directed to the Alzheimer's Association of CNY, 441 W. Kirkpatrick St., Syracuse, NY 13204-1361.
