June worked at Prout's Carrot House, Etonic Shoe and the Richmond Town Office before joining her husband at Gerald Seigars Trucking.
She loved meeting people, crafts, travel, reading, Bingo and spending time with family. She also was part of Kora Kart 'Ladies.' June also loved spending winters in Florida. June was a member of the Dresden-Richmond Methodist Church, Daughters of the Revolution, Eastern Star Electa No. 2, Order of Eagle Auxiliary, Richmond Friendship Club, past president of Richmond Lioness, past secretary, treasurer of the Conrad Mobile Home Association in Florida and past chairwoman of Richmond Democratic Committee.
June is predeceased by her parents; husband Gerald Seigars Sr. in 2006; and son Stephen Lee Seigars in 1994.
She is survived by her son, Gerald Seigars Jr., of Richmond; daughters Patricia Deer, of Gorham, anad Kathleen Seigars, of Richmond; stepmother Jane Fossett, of Round Pond; sister Anne Fossett, of Damariscotta; grandchildren Christopher Seigars, of Washington, Carrie Goodreau, of Massachusetts, Sara Deer, of Wisconsin, Joseph Deer, of Florida, Allyson Seigars, of Topsham, Elizabeth Seigars, of Topsham, and Brian Seigars, of Richmond; and nine great-grandchildren.
