Mrs. Julia Louisiana Bray 90-year-old long-time Pottawatomie county resident died Tuesday morning at her home here after a week's illness.
Cooper's of Tecumseh will announce services. Burial will be in the Wanette cemetery.
Mrs. Bray was born April 28, 1868, at Terrell, Texas. She came to Pottawatomie county from Paradise, Texas, in 1912, settling in the Romulus community.
Her husband J.F. Bray, died Feb 23, 1937. Mrs Bray was a member of the Baptist church.
Survivors include three daughters, Mrs. Estella Alsip, Wanette; Mrs. Ina Wilsie, Maud, and Mrs. Sadie Medcalf, Santa Ana, Calif; five sons, James E., and Oran, both of Maud; J. G., Oklahoma City; J P Huntington Park, Calif., and Raymond L., Santa Ana, Calif.; two sisters, Mrs. Zilpha Shaw, Tecumseh, and Mrs. Ollie Caldwell, Oklahoma City; one brother, R L Ozmept, Oklahoma City; 32 grandchildren and 33 great-grandchildren.
